At VÍRYA Activewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your items, we are here to help. This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines your rights and how to return items purchased from us.

We accept returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with all original tags and packaging within 30 days of the delivery date. Please ensure the items meet the following return conditions:
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, free of stains, perfume, makeup, or other damage).
- Tags: All tags must be attached.
- Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygienic reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Intimates (underwear, bras)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at returns@viryaactivewear.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Approval: We will review your request and provide instructions on how and where to send your return. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns, unless the item was defective or the wrong item was shipped.
- Return Shipping: Once you receive approval, ship the items to the provided return address. Please use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Partial Refunds:
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
- Items that are returned after the 30-day return period
- Items that are not in their original condition (damaged, missing parts)
Original Shipping Costs:
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@viryaactivewear.com with details of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:
- Check your bank or credit card statement.
- Contact your payment provider, as processing times can vary.
- If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@viryaactivewear.com.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return is delivered safely. VÍRYA Activewear is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
8. International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs fees, and any taxes or duties incurred. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for international returns.
